I'm not sure, but the reason is probably why the first 3 pictures look identical but actually for 3 different alpha channel.ītw, I came up with an idea of testing by swapping between the original portrait and I can confirm that I know how to import the data now, I tested and it works ingame. Plus it'll be a good idea to see how the alpha channel is modified as well. If you want to see some example, you can extract the original portraits from the game to use as an example. That's exactly how the 7 images supposed to look like, including the black-border. Look at the first picture on this link I posted earlier: (I have zero clue about image editing so exuse the noobish words). Comparing to the original your picture doesn't have the black-border thingy that ROTK3 portrait has.
